The Brief
A new-look journal for the peak alliance of Australian higher education providers or institutions.
Engagement Australia produces an annual journal entitled 'Transform' which Hughes was tasked with redesigning. The design challenge was to reflect the information in a scholarly and premium style that would elevate the institutions and excite the reader.
The redesign resulted in a very large increase in membership and participation from universities across Australia.
The redesign also took out the Gold Award, for Individual Achievement-Art Direction/Graphic Design at the prestegous International Davie awards.
Hughes continues to design the journals annually.
