The Detmold Group recognised as an Employer of Choice
The Detmold Group has been recognised as an Employer of Choice in The Australian Business Awards (ABA) 2024.
The Employer of Choice (EOC®) Award recognises organisations that develop leading workplaces which maximise the full potential of their workforce through established policies and practices that demonstrate effective employee recruitment, engagement and retention.
The Detmold Group has been selected as a national Employer of Choice seven times, recognising its efforts to create a strong workplace culture.
The Detmold Group’s General Manager, People and Culture, Kathleen Johnson, said the company was proud to have been recognised for the seventh year as an Employer of Choice in the Australian Business Awards 2024.
“The Employer of Choice Award highlights our commitment to our people, both locally and internationally,” Ms Johnson said.
“By prioritising the safety and well-being of our team members and providing opportunities for both personal and professional development, we cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive,” she said.
“Operating as ‘One Company with One Culture’, our policies and practices are consistently applied across our global business, while providing the flexibility needed to effectively support our diverse workforce. As we celebrate this achievement, we express our heartfelt thanks to our team members across the Group, whose contributions make our workplace truly outstanding in the industry.”
